A Virtual Assistance Company in Sunset Road, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports, presentations and setting up for meetings
  • Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Screen phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
  • Use computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations and conduct research
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail with clients
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
  • Assist Australian Property Managers on a daily basis
  • Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars and making hotel and restaurant reservations

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Spreadsheet
  • Excellent time management skills and good computer skills
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and communication skills with the ability to multitask
  • Professionally groomed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
