A Virtual Assistance Company in Sunset Road, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports, presentations and setting up for meetings
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Screen phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
- Use computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations and conduct research
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail with clients
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
- Assist Australian Property Managers on a daily basis
- Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars and making hotel and restaurant reservations
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Spreadsheet
- Excellent time management skills and good computer skills
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills with the ability to multitask
- Professionally groomed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
