We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to deliver a great experience to our platform clients over different use cases (MXDR, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Advanced Monitoring, and more...). Job Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support, or a customer-facing technical role (e.g. Technical Support, Customer Success, Professional Services)
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Hands-on experience with log investigation of complex software environments
Experience with managing a cloud environment (with preference to AWS)
Hands-on experience with Linux
Service oriented approach with strong client-focused skills, able to process and explain technical information in various levels
Strong time management skills and ability to handle an intensive work volume with short deadlines
High self learning skills - be comfortable with unknowns, learn by doing
Strong English communications skills - written and verbal
Team Player with collaborative work style
Naturally curious and excited to learn new technologies
Nice to have:

2 years relevant work experience in the XDR/SIEM security domain
Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, Postgres, mongoDB)
Experience with Endpoint / Cloud / Network Security Products
Python at a scripting level
Experience with data pipelines and micro-services
Experience working with data lakes (Elasticsearch, Snowflake, etc)
Experience wit GitHub, Datadog and Sentry
