GeoBanking offers a full time position for a Help Desk Assistant.
Your tasks
Provide 1st level support to the end users of our software products
Be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone or email
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Direct issues to the next level of support personnel
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
Follow-up and update customer status and information
Maintain a high degree of the internal help desk service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
Take ownership of user queries and be proactive when dealing with user issues
Create tickets using the ticketing tool
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
Your qualification
Windows 8 / Windows 10 experience
MS Office Package
Very good use of the English language (mandatory)
Polite and customer-oriented
Preferable certification in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
On-site presence in our offices is a job requirement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 800.00€ per month
