To cope with our business expansion, we are inviting applications from highly committed individuals to fill the following position:
Responsibilities:
Confirm the safe receipt of cash, cheques, EPS, credit card payments, and coupons from other dapartments
Ensure all payments are propely recorded and are in right amounts
Reconcile all fund movements again reports from booing systems and prepare daily receipt report
Safeguard the cash on hand, and need to be responsibel for cash loss without reasonable explanation
Arrange bank-in of cash and cheques, and pass daily receipt report with the related documents to head office for further handlind
Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Form 3/From 5, and with 2-3 years working experience as cashiers
Some accounting knowledge and bassic computer skill
Hard-working, good intergrity, independent, detail-minded, well-organized, good communication and inter-personal skills
Abilities in written and spoken Chinese and simple English
