Job Title: Procurement Executive - Outdoor
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Outdoor Procurement Executive. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently procure items for our factory operations from external sources. You will focus on supplier management, cost optimization, and timely bill submission to the factory manager. Your ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for outdoor equipment, supplies, and services. Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and monitor their performance to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

Procurement Process: Execute the end-to-end procurement process for outdoor resources. This includes soliciting and evaluating bids and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery to the factory.
Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving initiatives by negotiating favorable pricing and terms with suppliers. Explore opportunities for bulk purchasing and alternative suppliers to optimize procurement costs without compromising quality.
Bill Submission and Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate and timely bills to the factory manager for approval and payment. Maintain proper documentation and records of procurement activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with relevant departments to monitor inventory levels of outdoor resources. Track usage patterns, forecast future requirements, and ensure stock availability while minimizing wastage or stockouts.
Must have his own convey for outdoor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in procurement, with a focus on outdoor equipment and supplies.
- Good negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize costs.
- Familiarity with documentation and record-keeping processes.
