Responsibilities:
Supports our team members by being knowledgeable about a range of HR topics including, payroll, contract framework, benefits, policies, culture, etc.
Maintains and updates ongoing employee life cycle information and changes related to compensation, benefits, career mobility, organizational structure, among others
Supports ongoing benefits communication and coordinates/drives benefit related events (ex. open enrolment, health fairs, employee wellness)
Creates efficiencies by leveraging HR technology to help automate operational processes
Assists new hires and employees through the onboarding and offboarding processes, respectively, providing guidance and information to ensure a positive employee experience
Maintains and updates accurate documentation of payroll and benefits processes and procedures, trains back-up resources for the role
Assists with various standard and ad hoc reports, audits and filings throughout the year
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in international environment / company, in multiple HR disciplines including benefits, payroll, HR policies, HR Integrated System, and compliance
Experience as administrator for enterprise HRIS/payroll systems (i.e. ADP, Paylocity, 1C, SAP compatible)
Analytical, detail-oriented and project management focused
Successful experience working in high growth, dynamic entrepreneurial environments
Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
excellent Excel knowledge
Bachelor degree in Economics (BEc or BEcon), Human Resources or related field preferred
Working conditions:
- Permanent remote work. Home office. Contract work.
- 8-hour working day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by Germany time (GMT+1).
