1. Understand Optical systems in the product roadmap, identifying risks and opportunities related to materials 2. Promote the development of new optical material technologies, and cooperate internally or with external partners to realize new functions for future consumer devices 3. Support technical project leaders 4. Provide expertise in optical materials throughout the hardware development cycle 5. Define and perform material testing and evaluation to determine performance and drive material selection 6. Seamlessly transition materials technology to high-volume production.
Qualifications
1. Master's degree in materials science and engineering, optics, physics, chemistry, electronic engineering or other related majors 2, 5 years Experience in optical materials and engineering above 3. Experience in analyzing complex optical systems, understanding system performance indicators, and being able to identify material-related effects 4. Experience in methods to determine optical properties of materials 5. Continuously tracking the industry 6. Have experience in developing in a fast-paced environment.
